Flows DB Possible Improvements

Flows filter
- Better queries
- Remember selected node and keep zoom level when changing from/to the map
  - Maybe we can have the flow graph pop up in a modal instead of going to another page?
- Zoom to river mile
- Zoom to an address
- ADD THESE TO OUR OTHER RUNNING LIST
Check in with NOAA on the FTP server stuff again.
Sudhir got two new names to look into:
- Faith Fitzpatrick (EPA)
- Robert? Davis (NOAA)

We should consider a UI more consistent with DWD where we have Table View and Graph View on station click.
